Spring Victory Garden Fever Has Arrived!

Every year, I get an irresistible urge to dig in the dirt and watch things grow. While some people get spring cleaning fever (which, for me, happens in the middle of winter), I get spring victory garden fever—sometimes as early as December!

This season, I already have three of my elevated beds growing cold-hardy food plants, and a few are producing plenty to harvest—especially arugula. Six of my large pots are also in production, giving me a great head start before the real spring rush.
